Delete Your Account

KERIGAMI will permanently delete your account and all of its data on request. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open KERIGAMI on your phone or in a browser.
  2. Sign in to your parent account.
  3. Tap Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE when prompted to confirm.

Your account, profile, children, quests, rewards, XP history, push subscriptions, and any active subscription are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Email request (if you can't log in)

Email support@kidschorechart.app from the address registered to the account. Include the subject line Account Deletion Request.

We respond within 5 business days and confirm by email when your data has been removed. We may ask one verification question if the request looks unusual.

What gets deleted

  • Your auth account (email, hashed password, sign-in records).
  • Your profile, family settings, admin PIN, and trial/subscription flags.
  • All children you added, their quests, rewards, purchased rewards, and XP history.
  • Any pending quest completions or photo proofs.
  • Push notification subscriptions and device session links.
  • An active Stripe subscription (if any) is cancelled — App Store / Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your store account, since those are billed by Apple / Google rather than us.
