How billing works
- iOS: purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Android: purchases are processed by Google via Google Play Billing and billed to your Google account. Manage or cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions.
- Web: purchases are processed securely by Stripe. You'll receive a receipt by email and can manage or cancel from Settings → Billing inside the app.
- Refunds: you may cancel at any time and retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a paid cycle. App Store / Google Play refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.
- Free trial: new accounts get a 14-day Pro trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate. We send a reminder email a few days before the trial converts.
